1. Reservations

1.1 Reservations through the website www.bebacasadianna.it:

Reservations at B&B A Casa di Anna can be made in one of the following ways:

  • By calling +39 373 718 4369
  • By filling out the booking form and accepting the Terms and Conditions
  • By sending an email to info@bebacasadianna.it
  • By sending a message via WhatsApp

Upon confirmation of availability, the customer may choose to:

Book with credit card:

  • Send by email or WhatsApp a valid credit card number, including expiration date and the cardholder’s exact name. The establishment will charge an advance payment equal to one night’s stay (for single-night stays) or 50% of the total stay (for stays of two or more nights).
  • Only upon receipt of the confirmation email or WhatsApp message will the accommodation be considered booked.

Book by bank transfer:

  • Pay a deposit equal to the price of one night in the chosen room by bank transfer to the following account:

  • For bookings of two or more nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay is required.
  • Notify the establishment by email or WhatsApp of the completed transfer, attaching the payment receipt.
  • Only upon receipt of the confirmation email or WhatsApp message will the accommodation be considered booked.

Please note that the booking is not finalized until the deposit has been paid and received.

1.2 Reservations through other channels (Booking.com)

Customers must follow the instructions provided on the portal in order to correctly complete the booking process. Customers are invited to read the terms and conditions on Booking.com before making a reservation.
When booking through Booking.com, room changes are not permitted.

  1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any changes to arrival or departure times must be communicated and agreed upon with the establishment and may incur a late check-in or late check-out fee of €20.

  1. Customer Formalities and Obligations

The balance of the booked stay must be paid upon arrival at the property.
Guests are required to present a passport (if applicable) or other valid identification document for use of the reserved services. Guests must also comply with all regulations issued by the competent authorities, respect the internal rules of the establishment, and conduct themselves with prudence, diligence, and good behavior.

  1. Tourist Tax

In accordance with Municipal Resolution No. 60/2017 of the Municipality of Polignano a Mare, B&B A Casa di Anna applies a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day.
Payment of the tax must be made upon arrival.

  1. Number of Guests

The number of guests staying in the accommodation may not exceed the number agreed upon at the time of booking.
Any additional guests must be communicated in advance and will incur an extra charge of €25.00 per person per night, to be added to the final balance.

  1. Order and Cleaning

Rooms are provided clean and tidy, with bed linens, bath towels, and courtesy toiletries.
Daily cleaning is carried out after breakfast, and linen is changed every three days.

  1. Booking Cancellation – Stay Withdrawal

In case of cancellation or withdrawal, notice must be sent by email or phone/WhatsApp to +39 373 718 4369.

IF THE BOOKING WAS MADE BY CREDIT CARD:
Since this is a non-refundable booking, in case of cancellation, a penalty equal to the amount paid in advance will always be applied.
In case of no-show or early departure, B&B A Casa di Anna reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay.

No-show means a confirmed reservation that is neither honored nor canceled by the guest, thus causing a “lost room” for the establishment.

IF THE BOOKING WAS MADE BY BANK TRANSFER:
In case of cancellation, the deposit paid to confirm the reservation will always be retained.

  1. Force Majeure

B&B A Casa di Anna declines all responsibility for problems beyond its control that may cause delays or cancellations before, during, or after the stay.

  1. Jurisdiction

For any disputes arising from the interpretation and/or execution of the contractual relationship between B&B A Casa di Anna and the Customer, the Court of Bari shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By clicking the relevant checkbox or receiving a quotation (via email or WhatsApp), the Customer declares to have read the B&B A Casa di Anna website and to be fully aware of the characteristics of the booked room, the related services, and these general conditions, which they expressly accept.
